Shipping Policy

Better Bathrooms ships using a range of courier and postal services depending on the size, weight and fragility of the items being shipped. Please use the following information as a guide only, and contact us if you have any additional queries or requests.

Yes! Orders can be picked up from our Brisbane warehouse either in person or by your own transport company. Please choose “pickup” as your shipping option during checkout and we will prepare your order for collection. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to pickup.

Shipping costs for most items are calculated automatically and added to your invoice. Please ensure you have specified a valid shipping address on your order – if shipping charges are not displayed on your invoice then your order does not have shipping included. If you are making a larger order or if you live in a remote location we encourage you to call us to verify shipping arrangements and costs – often we can negotiate better shipping rates over the phone.

How long your order takes to arrive will depend on where you live and the type of products ordered. While we keep a large inventory of stock at our warehouse and we process orders as quickly as possible, some unpopular, larger or made-to-order items may need to come from our suppliers first. Orders usually take from 7 to 10 days to arrive at your address, however some will arrive much sooner and others may take significantly longer.

The following is a guide to estimated shipping times in Australia:

East coast capital cities: 5-7 days
Adelaide, Darwin & Perth: 7-10 days
Tasmania: 7-10 days
Regional Centres: 7-10 days

We do not currently offer any international shipping.

You should receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Use the directions on the email or notification to track your package.
